Creating Safe Spaces for Growth and Resilience
As a therapist, I can be a trusted adult in your child’s world. I offer a unique perspective as a male therapist, and it is important to me to be a positive example and role model in the lives of my clients. I love supporting kids, providing them with opportunities to grow and guidance at an early age, to help them through the tough spots.
I also enhance your family’s experience with child therapy by providing parenting support, with parenting skills training using the Nurturing Parenting program. Also, because I integrate my therapy dog, Ghost, I am able to provide an additive level of therapeutic support in each session.

Supporting You Through Life’s Emotional Challenges
Welcome! I provide therapy services to children, adolescents, young adults, and families who are navigating deep emotional challenges. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger management, stress, life transitions, trauma, family conflict, self-esteem, identity, and more. I support my clients in developing the tools they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives and become the best version of themselves.
My treatment approach is individualized and relationship-based, rooted in the belief that every person is unique. I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches to create a supportive and affirming space for clients to explore their authentic selves.
Monique is expected to begin seeing clients on August 1st, and we are currently accepting clients for her waitlist.
Meet Amy Donahue, EMDR-Trained Therapist
Amy Donahue, EMDR-Trained Therapist | Trauma & Addiction Specialist
Supporting Trauma Recovery Through Connection and Clarity
With 20 years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling, mental health care, and trauma-focused therapy, Amy specializes in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, she specializes in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Her work is rooted in psychoanalytic theory, recognizing that unconscious emotions and conflicts profoundly impact well-being and relationships. Often, we struggle to understand why we feel anger, sadness, or anxiety—these unresolved emotions can create barriers to happiness, stability, and connection. Together, you can explore these feelings and develop a path toward lasting healing.
Whether you’re facing challenges related to addiction, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, family relationships, life transitions, military or veteran concerns, multicultural issues, OCD, PTSD, intimacy and relationships, spirituality, stress, or trauma—Amy is here to support you.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, you’ll work toward your goals and build the inner strength to overcome challenges and rediscover balance.
Amy will be available to begin seeing clients around August 15th, and we are currently accepting clients for her waitlist.
