*Please note, you will be hired as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee (w2)

The fee schedule is as follows:

  • For the completion of the services provided and billed through the Client: 70%.

  • If the services generate revenues of $3,000 or more within the monthly billing cycle: 75% of the generated revenues.

  • If the services generate revenues of $7,000 or more within the monthly billing cycle: 80% of the generated revenues.

Independent Contractor Position

Interest or experience working with children, college students, and young adults (23-30) is preferred.

Qualifications…

  • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Licensure: Current state license by the state board is required.

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • Must be able to practice independently without supervision.

  • Please indicate your license and licensed state in your application.

  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature.

  • Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities…

You will have the autonomy to determine how often you provide sessions to patients as well as the appropriate length of time spent with each patient.

Provide clinical services such as diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, psychological testing/assessment, psychological evaluations, crisis management and weekly psychotherapy to patients in these facilities, via phone or video conferencing.

Helps clients develop skills and strategies to cope with and change their behavior as it pertains to the needs/goals of the client.

Maintains personal schedule of appointments; works with established clients to cancel or reschedule appointments; schedules intake or consultation appointments for new clients when contacted directly

Obtains and maintains release of confidential information consent forms (ROI) from clients (parents if client is a minor) before speaking with any external person(s) including but not limited to family members without legal parental authority, attorneys, schools, workplace, medical, mental health, or other psychiatric professionals.
