Creating Safe Spaces for Growth and Resilience
As a therapist, I can be a trusted adult in your child’s world. I offer a unique perspective as a male therapist, and it is important to me to be a positive example and role model in the lives of my clients. I love supporting kids, providing them with opportunities to grow and guidance at an early age, to help them through the tough spots.
I also enhance your family’s experience with child therapy by providing parenting support, with parenting skills training using the Nurturing Parenting program. Also, because I integrate my therapy dog, Ghost, I am able to provide an additive level of therapeutic support in each session.

Supporting You Through Life’s Emotional Challenges
Welcome! I provide therapy services to children, adolescents, young adults, and families who are navigating deep emotional challenges. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger management, stress, life transitions, trauma, family conflict, self-esteem, identity, and more. I support my clients in developing the tools they need to lead healthy, fulfilling lives and become the best version of themselves.
My treatment approach is individualized and relationship-based, rooted in the belief that every person is unique. I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches to create a supportive and affirming space for clients to explore their authentic selves.

Empowering Your Healing Journey with Compassionate, Personalized Care
Hello! My counseling experience is focused on working with teens and adults who have struggled with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, identity, self-harm, relationships, and grief. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, and I strive to understand the world through my clients' cultural values and unique individual identities.
I have an eclectic and collaborative approach to therapy. I am flexible and meet clients where they are by listening to their feedback and customizing treatment using counseling techniques that are comfortable for the client. My goal is to make my clients feel safe and accepted for who they are and help explore with them what is blocking the path to their healing. I like to incorporate techniques from various counseling approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), narrative therapy, depending on what best matches my clients' needs.”
