Creating Safe Spaces for Growth and Resilience

As a therapist, I can be a trusted adult in your child’s world. I offer a unique perspective as a male therapist, and it is important to me to be a positive example and role model in the lives of my clients. I love supporting kids, providing them with opportunities to grow and guidance at an early age, to help them through the tough spots.

I also enhance your family’s experience with child therapy by providing parenting support, with parenting skills training using the Nurturing Parenting program. Also, because I integrate my therapy dog, Ghost, I am able to provide an additive level of therapeutic support in each session.

Supporting You Through Life’s Emotional Challenges

Hi, I'm Jenny! I believe individuals are experts in their own experiences so that is why I create a therapeutic space that renders mutual respect and honors personal decision making. My work is informed by my own personal experience with mental health challenges, as well as my love of creativity, animals, and nature. Together, we will identify goals and potential solutions that meet your specific needs.

I use treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR as well as strength-based and mindfulness techniques. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in individual and group therapy settings. My areas of experience include depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, emotional disturbance, self-esteem, and general life stressors.

Life is a journey with many twists and turns which can feel hard or overwhelming at times. If you are feeling the weight of the world and need some help, please know that you are not alone and I am here to help!

Helping You Find Your Voice and Strength

Does anxiety have you or your child worrying about a past that already happened, or stressing about a future that isn’t here yet? Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed by life, or stuck in self doubt? You’re not alone. In our work together, I will meet you where you are at with compassion and acceptance. My goal will be to provide you with both insight and practical tools to help you understand what’s holding you back, while also developing strategies that feel doable to help you feel more regulated and capable in handling everyday life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel seen, understood, and supported. Creating Space to Feel Seen, Heard, and Supported

Hi! My name is Jennifer and I believe in creating a supportive space to navigate difficult conversations, every day challenges, and life transitions. When working together my goal is to collaborate on how to bring forth the best version of yourself. I love tailoring different approaches to help you stay rooted in your values and increase resilience.

I believe in a compassionate and person centered approach to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Through CBT and motivational interviewing I believe we can develop insights and strategies to help you gain a stronger sense of self and direction.

I draw from my experience as an immigrant in therapy for the first time to help you learn to use your voice. I can't wait to work with you to help support your mental wellness.
